Question debug led Problem

My Motherboard is Asus Tuf Gaming B850m-plus wifi , It has EZ debug led .
Sometimes the GPU LED ( White ) Still on ( constant white ) after booting and when i Restart the PC the LED light Gone away .
I updated the BIOS , I test The GPU and it works greatly , I did Stress test for GPU and it was perfect .
Note that " That problem not occur occassionaly . it occur from time to time and It's New PC
**** My GPU is ( MSI RTX 4060 Ti 8gb Gaming Slim )
So What's the problem ?? is it problem with the GPU or MOBO or GPU installation is not proper or what ???

No that happened before BIOS update and still occur after BIOS UPDATE ( I made bios update in order to fix that problem )

reset the bios by jumper

check with a different power cable from psu to gpu
check if the motherboard is correctly tightened to the case
check if the video cable is plugged in tightly to the gpu and monitor
try a different video cable
check the pcie port for damages like broken plastics or that the slot is not tightly on the motherboard, like lifted from it

might be a motherboard issue
or gpu
or psu

does it only happen if the pc was powered off and cut from power, then power on again or if it's just shut down and then on boot up or windows restart as well?

sometime when i boot up the PC the LED light remain and when i restart the PC the LED light Go Away
But that happen from time to time because always when i Power up the PC it run smoothly with no Light but sometime when i power on the PC the LED light remain and just after i restart it it run them smoothly with no LED light
***I mean that problem when happen it's solved by restart the pc BUT that Problem is not occuring all time it happen sometime

so always plugged into the wall without powerloss?
I ask because not all PSUs like to be powered off and cut from power. But if yours is always plugged to the power grid, it might be a motherboard or GPU issue

No it's not pluged into wall always each time after shutdown i remove the PSU cable from wall

that might be the issue
for testing replace the psu with a different model or don't unplug it from the wall
