Question Deepcool AG400 Plus fanblades hitting heatsink on high RPM?

So everything works fine but the left fan making noise, from the sounds of it, because the fanblades are having contact with the metal heatsink whenever my pc go into cpu hungry tasks and the fan will go faster.

Deepcool AG400 Plus has 2 fans, each attached on left and right side of the heatsink with a kind of metal wire/clip the one making noise is left fan.

I think the wire/clip is too tight for the fan. As using tape/other placeholder won’t make any rattling sound or fanblades hitting the heatsink sound, no cables were in between, only happened with high RPM.

Since the two fans are identical, why not swap them around and see if the vibration originates from the fans itself? If you think it's the metal wires that are causing the vibrations, perhaps add try and inspect the wires for any warping.
