Dell 180w laptop charger replace 7.4 plug connector

Hello i have dell Precision m4700 and my 180w dell charger plug was broken so i buy new cheap hp charger and cut it to replace but i see dell have 3 wires black, white and green and hp have only red and white what to do how to fix and replace dell laptop plug?

That HP adapter only puts out HALF what the Dell does. This is a fire just waiting to happen. Use the proper adapter and do not blindly try to cobble something together on the cheap.

i dont use HP adapter for DELL i just want use plug (connector) from hp adapter with 2 wires red and white and i just dont know how to cross 2 wires from hp to dell 3 wires

Simple answer here is that you don't do this with only a 2 wire connector. There are three wires in the Dell cable for a reason and all three must be present or it won't work. Trying to do things on the cheap still stands.
