Dell Dimension 8300 Not Posting

I have recently acquired a Dell Dimension 8300.

When I plug the power in, the computer turns on, fans start running, front power button lights up (orange),but it does not post and the back ABCD lights do not light up. I have tried unplugging things, moving them around, but nothing seems to be working.

Any help would be appreciated.

Was there a known issue with it when you acquired it? It could be a whole list of things with a used prebuilt PC.

Everything was fine on the first boot accept the memory modules were spent, so I grabbed another pair. Didn't boot up after that. The memory modules I used to replace the others still work in a Dell Dimension B110.

Are the replacements PC3200 Ram? Sounds like the RAM is the issue since It would post with the old set and now with the new set.
