My dell laptop has windows 10 in it. Suddenly it's asking for a password instead of a pin. I know it has lots of viruses.
now I am unable to log in. and it also not connected with my Microsoft account.
I tried to reset it with a windows 10 bootable USB.
then I found that it c and d both drives are bitlocked.

After disabling secure boot it asking for a recovery key just after the Dell logo if I enable secure boot it goes into windows and asking for an account password.

What should I do now?
is there any bootable software that can crack the BitLocker password or windows account password?

Solution
No, there is no way to "crack" Bitlocker.

Were you using Bitlocker before all of this started happening? If so, you should have your recovery key. When you changed the BIOS, you triggered the system to ask for the key.

Keep in mind. Discussions on how to bypass security measures are not allowed. We have no means to verify the legal ownership of the device in question.

Contact Dell for assistance. Be prepared to provide proof of ownership.

I hope you have your personal files backed up to some other storage device.
