Hi everybody!
I have a weird problem at the moment, i had a battery gone bad and it wouldn't charge anymore. I decided to change the battery with a random aftermarket one at first and it seems it didn't work as well. So the new battery was sent back under warranty and i got a new one that has Dell writings on it so it seems to be the original.
But as the aftermarket one it still won't charge and says plugged in.
Things i have tried:
Bios update
CMOS reset
Uninstalling battery controllers from device manager
Tried 2 batteries(aftermarket and dell)
Tried 2 different ac adapters(65w and 90w)
Downloaded and installed all the updates through dell support assitant and windows updates
I'm not sure what to try anymore.
