Dell optiplex 330 graphic drivers xp

Hello,
I recently reinstalled windows XP on my dell optiplex 330 computer.

I am now unable to play computer games or hear audio.

when i try to run a game, the system shows a black screen and hangs.

what could be the problem.
I have tried to install graphics drivers from the dell website: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19
To no effect.

in the hardware components I have thr following drivers missing.
1. video controller
2. video controller (VGA compatible)
3.SM bus controller.
4.Ethernet controller.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
