DELL SUPPLIED DISKS/ LICENSE KEYS

I'm concerned that OS disks supplied with DELL machines or OS disks created by burning from the recovery partition have a lot of bloatware.

Since I don't want this junk on my machine, can I simply use a standard OEM copy of the OS and the license key supplied by DELL and apply it to a reformated drive?

Does Microsoft require that the DELL license key can only be used with a DELL sourced installation CD? Do they enforce it on registration?

I'm assuming this is XP.
Yes as long as you use XP home with and XP home license key.
Or XP pro with XP pro license key no mixing.
