Question Device hung up error on GTX 1070

Hello folks, i have this issue with my MSI armor GTX 1070 that whenever i play games (mostly apex legends) it says “0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG The application’s device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is an design time issue that should be invested and fixed.” Tried all the fix available online, ran DDU, changed windows, checked on another pc same issue. Tests with furmark are all okay even till 90c. But during games i face this issue. Can anyone fix this?

Asus z170k mobo
Gtx 1070 armor
Corsair vengeance lpx 8gb 2400mhz
Psu corsair TX650m

How old is the PSU in your build? Can you use GPU-Z and see what the size of the memory is?

PSU is new, half an year old. had same issue with previous psu. also i tried this gpu in another pc, had same problem.
its 8gb
