(sorry for the bad english) can i overclock i5 2400 or a i5 2500 on this intel dh61cr motherboard? how or why?

The best you can do is turn on high performance power settings in windows.

Technically yes - but only the base clock - you can't increase the multipliers with a non-K intel CPU. So even if you wanted to OC - you wouldn't see much of an improvement.
Secondly I don't know how well that MB supports overclocking.
