this wanted to maybe ill get 32gb of ram who knows
If you are in a "who knows" situation, maybe you ought to reconsider your entire list of parts.

Considering, for instance:

The primary purpose of the PC.

The secondary purposes of the PC.

Your maximum budget.

Your location.

The web sites from which you might actually buy the parts.

Any personal preferences, such as AMD, Intel, liquid cooling, air cooling.

Total storage requirements in Gigabytes.

Preferred operating system.

And on and on and on.

We have no idea at all of your intent.

Not sure why you think you need that much DRAM and I think you should definitely take stock to figure out what you really need. This is a setup I think would be more suitable to what you're looking at buying (you could swap the DRAM if you really need more, but 24GB sticks give you highest density+speed currently): https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/KYBXkJ

edit: I forgot to note that in your region only new Gigabyte boards are in stock none of the other manufacturers were. If you're going to be spending top dollar on the CPU you should really get one of the new boards (even if that means waiting for stock from other manufacturers).

apart from 128gb ram, i would not suggest the 14900k. If you want gaming performance, go for 7800X3D in a B650E mobo.

If you want productivity, go for 7950X in a B650E.

4070 only if you care about ray tracing, otherwise the 7800XT is a better deal.

i would get the 850W RMe just in case.

im going to do 3 things at the same time
gaming streaming and running a server at the background

Whatever your ram needs, it is a mistake to buy unmatched ram.
For ram to operate properly at spec speeds it must be a single matched kit,
The motherboard supports only dual channel so a 2 stick kit will usually be best.
2 x 48gb is possible giving 96gb.
For 128gb you will need a 4 stick kit of 4 x 32gb.

FWIW, I just upgraded to a i9-14900K and it is definitely a quick processor.
Do not second guess yourself there.
I run at default settings on the same motherboard but DDR4 version.

I use a noctua NH-D15s and cooling seems to be no issue at all.

yea I changed some things it was a bit expensive so I chose some other parts but my ram is the same I had the same ram sticks just 4 times non different ones https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/bFWxHG

can I ask you something would you choose a i7 13700k or a i9 12900k ? im not too sure if the i7 is better but I will look into it

my use with the pc is to do gaming and streaming while a server is running my resolution would be mostly 4k and 1440p
https://geizhals.de/ <--- check this site for lower prices on PC components.

Keep your resolution to 1440 and you will be fine. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan. Low profile RAM so that it doesn't impede that dual tower cpu cooler.
