I was woundering if someone could please tell me what is the difference between an amd 64 3200 skt 939 veince and a amd 64 3500 skt 939 venice for gaming use?

so if I was to use one of them for gaming, but not oc'ing, what would be the better cpu? is it worth the more £ for the 3500 for no change between the 3200?

The FPS in the 3500+ are a lot more expensive.
