Hello,
My video will not display correctly and sound skips a lot, so video plays slow motion. I have tried everything to correct the problem but it still happening.

If you already installed Service Pack 3, DirectX9.0c, and the latest video and sound drivers for your PC, then likely your PC is either too slow or does not have enough memory for smooth video playback.
