Display performance Issue

After install the new OS Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit into my laptop, Display performance was very poor and While watching the videos its not clear it will be like a blur image.
And highest resolution will be 1024 * 768 so every icon will be look like big....
Is it any graphical issue?
If its a drivers problem please suggest the right to resolve this issue ASAP.

I suspect that you never wrote down the drivers that you had before you installed the new OS, go ahead and search the manufacturer of your laptop for the drivers. Install these drivers.
