Question Display port wont connect past boot screen

I have a 2070 rtx, i7 6700k, z270-A PRO and a 650 watt PSU and i cannot get my display port to work. Im currently using a HDMI cord which only outputs 60 htz, which is disgusting compared to my original 144. Recently changed the GPU, PSU, and MOBO. Also added 16 more gigs of ram, everything is updated including my drivers for the monitor. I just cannot see to find the reason why my display port wont work. Also just bought a brand new one thinking it was the cable itself.

go to safe mode, install the chipset driver.
or fresh os install because you change the mobo

I fresh installed windows, wiped everything. Display port still wont connect... Im going to do the chipset driver now, but is there anything else that might be the issue?

could be driver issue. could be the gpu itself. try contacting the manufacturer ?

GTX 2070 RTX, who would i contact about it? nvidia?

contact MSI, or if it new, try getting a replacement from where you bought it
