[SOLVED] Do casing fans spin without a processor?

Can I turn on casing fans without a processor? I mean connected everything to my desktop but I didn’t buy the processor yet. I tried but casing fans didn’t spin at all. Only Ram RGB worked.

No your PC wont even show the motherboard name it normally shows when booting up as the cpu and HDD/SSD work together.
