Is Ryzen 5 5600G enough to power my ultrawide monitor(LG 34Wn750-B 34 Inches (3440 X 1440) ), or should I buy a separate graphics card?
Purpose: Coding and multi tasking (not for gaming)

The setup I need is only for research, so it would have to be budget friendly.

That APU will drive that panel without any issues, though could you pass on the specs to the rest of your build? A PC isn't built with just an APU/(CPU w/iGPU)+monitor. We've had folks pair the wrong ram and motherboard and spoke of a subpar computing experience.

GIGABYTE B550M DS3H

Xpg adata gammix d30 ddr4 16gb - Ram
Crucial P3 Plus 500GB -SSD
Cooler Master 450 Bronze - SMPS

Cooler Master 450 Bronze
Coolermaster is the brand of the PSU while 450 is the advertised wattage of the unit, likewise Bronze is the advertised 80+ efficiency rating. Model of the unit?

ADATA 16gb - Ram
What frequency ram are you looking at? Is it a 2x8GB kit?

I prefer single stick (1x16GB) with 3200MHz
MWE 450 Bronze V2 230V

Are there any better suggestions you can make?

You might want to do some digging with Ryzen and dual channel ram.

You stated SMPS, are you located in India?

yes I know (2x8GB) is better than single 16gb
As of now, I'm going with 16 gb stick, but maybe a couple of months later, I may add 16 more.
Currently residing in India

Is this okay with the ultrawide monitor?
