[SOLVED] Do i need to change my motherboard to upgrade my CPU?

I currently have MSI Z77A-G43 motherboard, and Intel i5-3350P CPU. I'm planning to upgrade my CPU to something like AMD Ryzen 5 2600X. Does this CPU fit my motherboard? If not, is there a good CPU alternative that will? Thank you in advance.

Intel has different socket and amd has different socket so you have to change your motherboard too.

You will also need to upgrade your RAM to DDR4
