[SOLVED] Do I need to replace my Hard Drive?

This happened around a week ago, almost periodically.

Around a week ago, I've noticed that windows will take around 3 to 4 minutes on the startup screen (The Win7 logo) before successfully booting and it will become super laggy before I restart it once. It doesn't matter if I clicked restart or shut down the PC before reopening it, the next time it's booted, it comes out fine. More recently however, it has been starting a chkdsk on its own. This has happened twice, the first time it came out fine and it does delete corrupt file record segments from the hard drive, but right before this post is made, a second time occurred and there are 8 unreadable segments on 1/3. Everything else is correctly checked and sometimes, removed. Afterwards, Windows 7 reboots and is functioning properly, like now. (I'm typing from the faulty PC)

I've been using the PC at Windows 7 since 2012 and problems only surface right now. Then I googled for a bit, almost everything I've came across requests me to replace the Hard Disk. So should I replace it now? I have an external hard disk that is backing up files, but it just keeps checking the C drive.

That drive will die. Either today, next week, next year, next decade.
This is a function of ALL storage devices. They will eventually fail.

If you wait until it actually does fail, your data is gone.
If there is any data you wish to protect, you need to start a comprehensive backup routine now. Today.

That way, when that drive fails, your data will be protected.

Download and run a program called "Hard Disk Sentinel" to test the health of your drive.

For true backups, I use Macrium Reflect.

What is your backup situation at home? And if you don't do that, why not? Every single day, I read multiple threads here of "How do I get my stuff back?" or "That drive had 5 years of photos of my kids!!" Be it a dead drive, dropped phone, virus, accidental deletion, formatting the wrong...

Failure Predicted - Attribute: 1 Raw Read Error Rate, Errors occurred while reading raw data from a disk. Indicate problem with the disk surface or the read/write heads.
There is 1 weak sector found on the disk surface. It may be remapped any time in the later use of the disk.

Replace hard disk immediately.

It is recommended to backup immediately to prevent data loss.

It's referring to this one. It isn't a disk that I use other than to store backups. Also there's only 1 sector in it.

This is what happens in the Sentinel logs.

The drive isn't supposed to read anything and it connects and runs properly unlike the actual bootup on the PC.

The bold one was what is causing it.
