Question DOCP stopped being stable after some driver/software reinstallation

I think I'm in a weird situation.

My current specs are,
Ryzen 5 2600x
Asus b450 M-K
2x 16gb 3600mhz corsair ram

My ram speed at 3600 was unstable from the start because of my mobo and cpu but i could enable D.O.C.P at 3200 mhz (default d.o.c.p profile) and it was stable. Unfortunately i had a problem running a game so i had to do a bit of troubleshooting. This led me to reinstalling all my visual c++ redistributables. The problem occurred when i restarted my pc after the uninstallation and the i got an error saying the system was unstable so i hit the default button in bios and it booted normally. Now after reinstalling everything i cant seem to enable my DOCP. The system becomes unstable at 3200 mhz. I also had to run an AMD cleanup utility for the troubleshooting purposes. I dont know if this contributed to the problem. I have tried updating my bios (it was the same bios i was using previously) and all the chipset drivers.

Any help will be appreciated regarding the issue.
Thanks

it obviously wasnt stable, unstable ram doesnt always mean BSOD/crashing, but data can get corrupted
run memtest to know if you ram is truly stable or not

First thing to do is to check RAM itself without influence of Windows and it's software.

I just tested the memories with memtest and there was no error. Fortunately the default profile at 3200 mhz is up and stable again but I still cant run it at 3600. Im guessing the limiting factor is still the motherboard and cpu.
