Does Kali Linux support 2 x 4GB RAM sticks of different frequencies, and also other OS like Android ?

Like Windows runs on different frequency.

Like
1st - 4gb 1333HZ Frequency
2nd - 4gb 1600HZ Frequency

Solution
If Kali ISO image contain a Memtest option, then you can use that in order to test if your RAM is actually good or bad. If Memtest returns errors, then the OS inherently cannot run stable before the issue are resolved.

the motherboard handles the memory clock speed. it will slow the faster stick down to match the slower stick. this has nothing to do with the OS as it happens before the OS gets involved in running the PC.
Oh, But my Kali Linux crashing every time whenever both stick are attach to motherboard.
I'm facing same issue in other operating systems too.
but there is no issue in windows like this

But Kali Linux working fine on single stick.
tried with both stick.
