Question Does Overclocking a Monitor damage other Components?

So I'm thinking of overclocking my Monitor to 75hz (and yes, I managed to bump it up to 75), I'm just wondering, does overclocking the monitor only reduce lifespan of the monitor itself or are other components (such as the GPU, CPU) at risk also?

What i know is, it will decrease the lifespan of the monitor but not other components.
