Does the size concerned to speed

SSD is fast right if we combine them with a mechanical hard drive, but if does it perform if the size of the SSD is bigger?

Generally, yes. Larger capacity SSDs have more NAND chips in them so their maximum Read/Write speeds are higher than smaller capacity SSDs.
