Question Does this mean my internal hard drive is corrupt ?

As I switched on my PC I got message to insert a boot drive so I knew something's wrong with windows
After running system check it said boot bcd error 0xc0000098 so I tried reinstalling windows but got to know that I cant select drive because I have 0mb space
I went to bios and checked, the bios is detecting my internal hard drive but its showing 0.0gb space
What should I do ?

Yes I did
But it's not showing any drives in there it just shows one drive with 0mb space
My windows had 3 drives
I hard drive has 1tb space

Yes I did

I updated my windows yesterday
My mb has 4 sata ports
1 for dvd driver
Another for internal hard drive
Rest 2 are empty

No,
have u looked at the link I attached with my post it has the image where my bios is showing 0.0gb

I interchanged sata cables as well the drive is being recognized but still 0gb
