[SOLVED] Does using Digital to Analog Adapter Eliminate VGA noise?

First of all pardon me about my poor english skill, not my native language.

I know this is a silly question but I really don't have knowledge in signals and displays. I'm very limited with CPUs alone. I have this monitor that looks like getting some signal interferance (not so sure) with electronic devices nearby. It is using an analog cable (VGA) as it is the only port it has. The brand is Dell e1913s.

The noise is all over my monitor, the horizontal wave is moving from bottom to top, 3 lines each.

How sure I am? Not really but I've already made some troubleshooting before this post, namely:

• changing from 60 - 75 - 60 again.
• disabled autoscaling
• used another monitor to test my GPU (no problem at all) using a DVI-D cable
• inserted my monitor to board's built in graphics, problem still persist (using VGA ofcourse)
• fixing monitor calibration, namely phasing and clock.
• inserting my monitor's power cable to a new separate outlet, helps a bit, but not really
• using new unshielded vga cables, worsen. I've already used 3, using the 1st one currently. Please also take note that these 3 vga's problem persists on different computer that sits beside my own.
• removing unwanted electronic devices nearby, no change at all.
• can't use DVI-D as monitor only have 1 VGA port.

I've already ordered a DVI-D - VGA adapter but I'm not really sure if it'll work at all. Also planning to buy a new shielded VGA cable or maybe choke/shielding people talk about in display forums. Please don't tell me 3 of my VGAs are defective or is it the GPU's analog port?

as for my situation, moving my computer to a new room isn't possible. This is my working station area and the other room is occupied. Yes, I've already tried using a new outlet but still doesn't help I don't know if it changed but I notice it decreased in noise (slightly).

electronics nearby are home speakers, another computer, electric fan, a fridge at my back and that's all. This wasn't a problem back then, I am in the same spot with the same appliances nearby.

IDK, 3 VGAs defective?

also take note this noises are just visible in grey color.. like grey background or image.. you can't see it that much in black and white.

Guys, thanks for the help. All of my 3 VGA cables (blue) are defective BUT working. I've bought another 2 new VGA cables (black).
