Question Does Windows 10 keep logs of Firmware events and changes?

Does Windows 10 record all events and changes occuring in the Firmware, so the user can check what happened on X date?

Events - changes and operations performed by the code in the BIOS chip.

Changes - acts that change the default state of the BIOS program, changes introduced by the user, not by the system.

So, does Windows logs such events and changes? If yes, where can I see them?
