Question Download speed tanks with any program open

I have been struggling with speed issues for the last month and have had 3 house techs and 2 main line techs out and they assure me nothing is wrong with their stuff. 1.2Gbps is the speeds we have which usually translates to 800-900mbps when running a speed test. Now for the last month, if I open an online game or even just join a discord channel, my speeds fall into the 300s. I can quite literally leave discord while it is pulling a test and watch the speeds climb. Vice versa, I can start a test, jump in discord and watch the speed tank. I have since swapped out Modems to rule that out with no luck. Currently running CAX80 (Netgear Nighthawk Modem / router combo)

Are you using turbo lan from the motherboard utility?
