Question DP stutter at bootup/from screensave or sleep/ or sometimes closing a fullscreen game

This is a problem Ive had with 3 PC's at home is when using Displayport after i boot the system
It may have stuttering (especially if you right click desktop and choose screen settings.)
IDK why i have this problem with 3 computers because i havnt notice this with other people's Computers.
It may also occure again if I play a game in fullscreen mode and exit it, or if I return from screensaving or sleepmode
The problem is not a big deal because all I need to do is right-click desktop and go to screen settings
and the stuttering is done for.
Just curious if theres a fix to this or anyone else have a similar problem,
As said I have noticed it over 3 PCs at home. It is also worse with 2 monitors,
With 1 monitor its much less of the stuttering problem. Also after i go to screen settings the stutter does not happen again,
Unless I go to screen save/sleep mode or exit some games with fullscreen.......
(I have used other DP cables too so I dont think its that. Also have had other Monitors.)

It could be the cable, it could be the driver, it could be the OS it could probably be the GPU.

We might need you to list the specs to all 3 of your systems...and their panels, their PSU's age as well.
