Hey guys,
Today I build my friend a system and installed windows, however after installing windows and all the drivers alongside base programs (Browser etc.) I ran into a problem. The PC contains a Ryzen 5 3600 and RX590, I know in the past there was a big problems with the drivers and people had lots of issues when using their PC's. Now I cannot boot into windows without waiting 3/4 hours. The System boots off a Nvme 1TB SSD and I can't troubleshoot it.

Things I have tried:

Clean windows Installation - No fix
Driver & Software update (20.2.2) - No fix
Benchmarked SSD - Works fine, No fix
Booted into safe mode - Works, boots up instantly
Ran DDU and booted without GPU drivers - Booted normally, next restart same thing occured.
Windows Update - No fix
Cleared CMOS battery - No fix

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Received a Blue Screen with error code: Driver_power_state_failure
EDIT 2: D:/Windows/System32/Logfiles/Srt/SrtTrail.txt pop up
