Issues that were both working prior to this:

  1. No sound coming from 3.5mm MoBo and Front Panel. (only got sound if I use the monitor speaker via HDMI to GPU)
  2. Bluetooth PCIe card not being detected by MoBo

MoBo : Gigabyte B450 AORUS M
Bluetooth PCIe card : Asus PCE-AX3000

I have reset the PC (cleared all files), and reinstalled the drivers from the MoBo website: Realtek HD Audio Driver and AMD Chipset Driver. Still no sound and Bluetooth PCIE not detected. I have no idea if it is a MoBo hardware issue, or drivers or something to do with the BIOS. Please help. Tq.

1| Did you make sure the front panel header is hooked to the chassis?
2| What is your motherboard's BIOS version?

What OS are you working with? Where did you source the installer for the OS? You should recreate your installer to rule it off of a corruption.

Temporarily remove the card and finish setting up windows 10/11 with all the current updates it provides.
Once done answer me this question, did windows update 10/11 install its generic driver for the asus bt pci-e card or did you use asus official drivers from here:
