ds3 cold boot issues

I was wondering if the cold boot issue was still around? I also heard that rev 3.3 isnt that great
whats your thoughts on these?

Had a Rev. 2.0. My new Rev 3.3 is fine, but I think the cold boot thing is still around. No big deal really in my opinion, not like it hurts anything.......just a bit weird, but since you know about it, it's not like you'd be worried something is broke. Great board, but that one thing is a bit odd. Oh well, not a dealbreaker for me or alot of others I guess.
