E4 chips start selling...May 4th..

OK...if they start selling May 4th...i've just got 1 question...(these aren't the E3 chips that we talked about in a previous bit btw)...

Are these really capable of 1T 4x512 @ 400?

I can't find any info regarding them...=/ I know there's more info out there some where!

E3=Venice
E4=San Diego

edit: Is this all complete crap? A mistake on anandtech's or Monarch's pages?

Looks like a typo - those are the Venice core s939 CPUs. Monarch's site says Rev E and those are the Venice cores...

The dual core San Diego is supposed to be released later, with the first dual core from AMD being the Opterons...

You're absolutely correct...since what you said was..."to <i>me</i> it's just...", since the main argument states that all things based within that sentence rely on what <i>you</i> think, then, in every way, you are absolutely correct. However, beyond that premise, nothing is certain (even though i agree that one of the main things offered [to our group and other similar groups anyway] is the extra oc'n benefit). =P
