[SOLVED] E5-2630V3 compatible with chinese x99 motherboard ?

I am looking to upgrade my workstation on the cheep.

I settled on an E5-2630V3 and I am now looking for a motherboard.

This one looks good and is within my pricepoint with all the features I want however I am concerned with :
a) compatibility with a non-server board.
b) legitimacy of the product.
