So I'm running an XFX 780i, E8400, 2X2GB OCZ 800Mhz @900, and the E8400 is at 1.4 core to get to this at FSB450. Is this voltage abnormally high, or normal, if it is high should I step it down and change voltages for other areas.

I'm pretty sure these are the other voltages:

NB 1.55 or 1.5
SB 1.45
SB=>NB 1.25
Memory 2.0 or 2.05

Are these safe given that the CPU maxes at 58/59C and bounces around at 55/56C, The NB doesn't get much over 50C either.

I started w/ 3.825Ghz stable for 25 hrs @1.35 Vcore, and went to 4.050 and started upping voltages one or two noches at a time (usually 2 for the CPU, stopped at 1.4) 2 steps below 1.4 failed after 14hrs of P95.

Running a Asus P5KC (P35) motherboard with an E8400 (E0) @4.00 GHz (500X8) @ 1.280 Volts, 8 Gbs DDR2-1066 @2.1 Volts running at 1000 and NB voltage @1.4 Volts......Orthos stable 24 hours

Do you have E0 stepping???

Temps are fine, voltage a little high if it's an E0, C0 it's normal.

C0 Revision, Stepping 6 o_O But anyway....stable for 29.5Hrs, and the voltage reads in CPU-Z as up to 1.36 when idle, but only up to 1.328 during load? Anyway I'm happy w/ it stable at these temps, so the last question is for long term, is there any harm that can be done, other than a slight reduction in life-time. I'm not planning on running this for over a year or two before an upgrade.

The voltage readings are normal. The difference between bios setting and idle reading is called Vdroop and the difference between idle and load is called Vdrop. Or was it the other way around? Anyway, it's normal to see the voltage drop under load.
