Question Enough PCI lines for M2 NVME and CrossFire Deep learning/gaming ?

I have the doubt about the performance of my PC, if i upgrade for 2 Rx 580 in CrossFire, already have a GTX 660 and M.2 NVME for the CPU have Ryzen 5 3600 and the motherboard is a Aorus ultra gaming x470

The main question is ¿the performance for Deep learning and gamming, how will it be affected only have 16PCI lines in my CPU?
if is yes, ¿how this will gona be ?

For deep learning it will be. I dont know how much but it will be for sure.
