[EQ1] EQ Hates me

EQ hates me, this I know
For the login tells me so.
It won't let me in tonight,
But I'll try again for spite.

It gets about half-way through the commentary load (the one with the
assorted messages that pop up), then abruptly drops me back to Win XP,
no warning, no messages, nada.

You've got quite a pair to put words to the tune of a children's religious
hymn in these parts. /salute 😛

You might try moving your eqclient.ini to a different directory before
running EQ and letting the game recreate it. I've heard of certain settings
getting messed up there that lead to those types of issues.

Have you checked your system out?
Bugs and adware make you pout.
Removed files and patched them back?
Checked for trash that makes things bad?

Check that firewall, yes you can.
Get nothing from S-O-E
It's the vid. card, shout with glee!

Swap a new one in and out.
Will it load with either route?
This might be less complex now,
if we didn't rhyme it out.
