I have built have new PC and Im having a few erratic problems (this problems have not been happening everyday).

The first problem that I had, was with memory cards where I had several blue screens (MEMORY MANAGEMENT , IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) with indication of memory management problems. I executed the windows memory diagnostic program and it detected hardware issues. Afterwards, I used only one stick (I have two) and the memory diagnostic was Ok this time. Then I inserted the two memory sticks back again and problem was fixed.

A few days later, there was a problem with the Ethernet port not being detected by the OS (Windows 10) and there was no light in the physical component. After connecting the ethernet cable a few times, it finally detected the cable and the Ethernet port lighted up, and the internet connection was working again.

Another problem I had was with my AMD graphics card, it was not being detected and the built-in motherboard card was being used. I uninstalled and installed the graphics drivers back and it graphic card was detected again.

Now, sometimes when I put the PC in sleep mode and I start it back up again it lights up but the Windows sessions does not start (black screen).

What could be the cause of this? Below is the system information:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7700x
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6650xt PowerColor Hellhound
RAM: 2x16 Kingston Technology FURY Renegade 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6400MHz CL32 (It is currently working at 4800Mhz)
CPU Cooler
: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition with LGA1700
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME X670-P AMD X67 AM5
PSU: LC-Power LC6650GP3 V2.3 230V 650 W 80+ Silver Certified ATX Power Supply
BIOS Version: 0809 (out of date)

Thank you.

The first thing you need to do is buy a real power supply. That LC power unit is a doorstop, nothing more, nothing less. And, there is every chance it is causing any or all of your problems, so trying to figure out what's wrong while you have a PSU shaped object like that installed is pointless until you replace it with something better, safer and more reliable.

After you do that, it would be a VERY good idea to update the BIOS. MANY BIOS updates deal strictly with improving memory compatibility, and if you don't have the memory installed in the 2nd and 4th slots (A2 and B2) to the right of the CPU socket, you need to move them to those slots.
