[SOLVED] Ethernet doesn't work but Wireless WiFi does on PC (Windows 10)

So for the past 3 days I've been trying to fix this issue, I've surfed what feels like the entirety of Google to try and find solutions but none have worked so far.
This is my issue as short as possible - In Windows 10 when I use my Ethernet, Windows detects that I've got a EC plugged in and gives me the icon to prove, and when I run troubleshoots to see if windows can detect anything, I always get one of 2 results, one being "Windows has detected that you can access some sites but not others" and then never gives me a way to fix this, and my other one is just "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem" when I try wireless, it works, barely, but it works. But even then it's awful because my wireless connection is so bad it cuts out every other minute. I don't understand why Wireless worms but Ethernet doesn't.

Fixes I've tried: Essentially everything that's all over Google, all the CMD commands, settings tweaks, new Ethernet cables, router restart etc. But the one thing that might be causing it is a DNS or IP issue which I don't know to much about so if that is the issue im just hoping someone who does know about these things can potentially help me.

Troubleshooting I've done: I've tried using the Ethernet on my PS4 and it worked (although I did lag) it did work and I could game etc. The internet works fine on my phone and other devices in the house.

Please, please if anyone knows anyway to potentially help I would appreciate it so much because I really just want to fix this

EDIT: I also forgot to mention that when I try opening a edge or chrome tab or anything similar, the tab won't load and it will stay loading like I have no internet connection, but then I can use the URL box and get to certain sites like Youtube and watch videos but then other sites just won't load at all, this is the reason why I'm so baffled because the tabs don't load but I can use Youtube by searching in the URL box, but then most sites don't work.

Ohh ok so like the LAN drivers from my mobo's site? My mobo is A320M-DVS R.30 so I will try that, I did have a Realtek Ethernet deliver installed so I uninstalled it and reinstalled and everything but that didn't do anything, I'll update here once I've tried the LAN drivers from Asrocks site.
This might be the root cause right here as you need to use the motherboard maker's nic drivers, not the pnp ones.
Okay will do, I have a USB with 28GB space left so is this enough to do that? And also could you tell me how to load up Linux through my USB and then booting up with it so it uses Linux OS and not windows, thanks in advance.
You'll need a completely empty usb or it will delete everything on it. Another solution would be...

It's possible that you need the drivers for that Ethernet port, since it detects it but doesn't actually let you connect to the internet. If you want the drivers for Ethernet though, you have to go to your motherboard's website that has it's drivers and BIOS.

Let's first figure out if it's windows or the PC itself--boot up a linux live cd/usb and see if the ethernet and wireless each work there or not.
Okay will do, I have a USB with 28GB space left so is this enough to do that? And also could you tell me how to load up Linux through my USB and then booting up with it so it uses Linux OS and not windows, thanks in advance.

You'll need a completely empty usb or it will delete everything on it. Another solution would be to write a CD and boot that if you have a drive.

You'd want to download a iso like this one:
https://www.spi.dod.mil/docs/TENS-3.0.2_public.iso

And then write it to a cd or usb. If you need to write the iso to a usb, you need to use rufus: https://rufus.ie/

One you have your usb or cd ready, put it in your system and once you see the system booting, you will need to usually hit a specific F-key to bring up a boot menu (f2, f8, f12 are some of the common ones, but check your motherboard manual for the correct keystokes--they might not even be F-keys). From this boot menu you will be able to select your cd/usb and then it will boot into the live environment running purely from memory. :)

Okay, okay. Firstly thanks for the help because this is all news to me with the mobo's nic drivers etc. Idk how to do the process tho, I know my motherboards name and manufacturer but when I search them in to get these drivers nothing comes up, any help?
