EVGA do not provide good customer support.
This is disappointing as I often use their PSUs in builds.
In spite of having complained almost a month ago, I am still waiting for a response.
Despite claims to protect their products in case of failure they do no such thing.
Perhaps members should think twice about purchasing EVGA products as contrary to their slick corporate image (claims of quality and longevity) their RMA process is worthless.
EVGA's system seems to obfuscate, I received an automated response stating, "Serial Number not found" despite having entered all details correctly.
I found this extremely annoying and disingenuous.
Does anyone have an idea of how to get this company to respond? As they don't seem to answer their emails.
Thanks in advance and Happy New Year everyone.
