Hello, as title say I might have a problem with explorer.exe. Since today (I think yesterday it was still okay) I noticed when starting up computer with windows that my icons on desktop takes forever to load which usually took like a second before. Also if I click on taskbar during that time explorer.exe will crash and will restart itself resulting in icon appearing normally like they should. If I let computer bootup without me clicking on taskbar to force reset the explorer.exe the icons might appear but the programs that start on startup will not show in the notification area/toolbar section in the bottom right. They run in the background but will appear there only after restarting explorer.exe.

windows 11 pro
2x WD Black SN770 NVMe 1TB
ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PRO
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
EVGA rtx 3070
Kingston FURY 32GB KIT DDR4 3600MHz CL16
Things I tried:
Uninstall apps that I dont use
Update drivers and windows update
sfc scan in the cmd
scanning pc with multiple on demand scans that were all clean.
