I recently upgraded my PC with a new CPU, RAM, and motherboard, along with a fresh install of Windows. Pretty quickly I realized everything was downloading incredibly quickly and I found that whether over wifi or ethernet I topped out at around 17-25 mbps down, while on my laptop over wifi I get about 100 easy (and I'm sure my old PC over ethernet did even better). Looking into the issue I believe it comes down to the motherboard, as others seem to have this issue, but I'm not exactly sure, and I'm really not sure how to fix the issue.
So far I've rebooted my computer and router, reinstalled both ethernet and wifi drivers, and set my network "speed and duplex" to 1Gbs, any other suggestions as to how I can fix the issue? At this point I wouldn't mind a recommendation for a new board, if that's the culprit.
