Question EZ debug CPU LED MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

Having an issue with my newly built pc, everytime i power it up i see the solid red CPU LED on the EZ debug line. Checked both the 24 pin and 8 pin connectors were firmly seated, checked the CPU to make sure no bent pins both on it and in the socket, triple checked RAM was firmly seated, even went so far as to flash in an updated bios. Could really use some help as i am stuck at this point. As of now, no power output to keyboard, mouse, and no video output from either MOBO or GPU.

Components are:

Ryzen 7 3700x
MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
EVGA 850 G3
MSI Geforce RTX 2060
32 GB Corsair DDR4 RAM

Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

If BIOS correctly updated, and red CPU LED, then I would RMA both board and CPU.

I have the same problem pretty much. The only thing common between us is the board. It started pretty recently for me and also doesn't happen all the time. I'd say it boots 4 out of 5 times but the CPU LED turns on that one time.
