Question Fan hub without a power cable

I'm a huge beginner with these things, but I was able to build my PC with help. I got the Lian Li Lancool 205 Mesh C case second hand, and it came with three fans connected to a fan hub. I think we properly plugged it in but they have never spun. Here's a picture of the hub.

I was told that they're supposed to connect to the motherboard, but I'm not sure if it was done correctly, since the middle cord went into it.

I'm honestly super lost and I think I may need a power cord for the psu but I need second opinions!

Looks like it takes a Molex power from the PSU to bottom right where it says power.

On the bottom end of that Hub card in your photo there are three sockets to plug in cables. All three cables should have been included in the case you got. The smallest on the left needs a cable that goes up to the case top front for the lighting mode button. The cable from the middle has TWO sub-cables. ONE of these goes to a mobo SYS_FAN or CHA_FAN header with FOUR pins for fan motor control. The other with THREE holes in it goes to a mobo ARGB lighting header, and that is what you show in you second photo. So you have not shown us the cable branch that goes to a mobo fan header.

The third socket on the right uses a special cable that must go to a SATA power output connector directly from the PSU. This provides all power for both motors and lights of the fans connected to this board. Your first photo shows nothing plugged in there, so right now those fans have NO power source for either function. IF you do NOT have the special cable for this socket, it is possible that a standard Molex female 4-pin power output connector directly from the PSU can plug into ths board socket - it's not clear from the picture if that socket is designed as a standard male Molex 4-pin.

This is a more direct link to the case manual.
