Question Fan is Detected in BIOS But Not in Windows

I disassembled my PC (pre-build Lenovo AIO) for cleaning. When I put it all back, the fan was no longer detectable in any software I tried (Lenovo Diagnostics Tool, SpeedFan, HWMonitor, MSI Afterburner).
In the BIOS the fan status is reported as "operating", and it does seem to be working fine.

Should I worry about it? I can't figure out where the problem at.

Can you please state the model to your AIO? An SKU to said AIO would help us two fold. As for the cooler, did you make sure you reassembled the AIO in the exact order that you'd disassembled it? Making sure that cooler's connector was fully seated in the header it's meant to go to?

Thanks, The model is AIO 510-23ISH.

And yes, I made sure the cooler is connected exactly as it was before (took a pic before disassembling it) and fully seated.
