So I've installed a Cooler Master ML240L AIO in front of my case and i have the radiator fans pushing air into the case.
I have 3 other fans that came with my phantek p400A, where and what direction shall i install them?

Appreciate your help guys, thank you!

Solution
Haven't handled that particular cabinet myself, so I can only give an general advice.

You would want the air flow so that:
  • There is a slight positive air pressure inside of the cabinet. This is to prevent dust to collect in the bottom. Example If 3 fans press the air inwards then two equal fans may press the air outwards. If the fans are of different types with different air flow capacity, that must be taken in account for also.
  • The air should idealy pass by the GPU and CPU to achieve best possible cooling.
And it obviously are limited to where the fan mounts are located on the cabinet.

So is it better to have the 2 intakes with higher RPM and 1 exhaust on the back and 2 exhaust on the top with lower RPM?
That will work. It's a good setup in order to get a good air flow. About the air pressure inside, you can probably adjust the fan speed at back/top a little down to make it above negative or very close to the outside.

Also, if you elevate the computer some inches from the floor, that alone helps a lot in order to get less dust inside.
