Fans keep spinning after shutting down pc

Ok so I overreacted in the title tbh.

I've got this great new build but whenever I shut down my PC, the leds DO turn off, the video card DOES turn off, practically every component turns off.
Some components keep working and the fans keep spinning but NOT FOR LONG, like 3 or 4 seconds.

Should I be worried?
