Flasing red Screen!!

I have a Planar 191M LCD and ATI AIW 9700 Video Card. Recently, I am experiencing flashing red lines on my screen. ALl the graphics turns red and fuzzy and the screen has short flashing red lines appearing. This doesn't go on 24/7. It sometimes occurs and sometimes it doesn't. But the frequency of this is increasing over time.

I tried to plug my LCD to another compueter, and there's no flasing red anymore.

I wonder is it a virus that's causing this or the graphic card driver? or my LCD problem?

if it never happens with the other screen and you have laoded the correct driver for that display then there is a v. good chance it's your screen going...
