[SOLVED] Flickering white bars while playing games

I've been playing games with my gtx 960m Dell laptop for a long time, but few days ago I got some flickering white bars as soon as the game starts. It's just while playing games but when I exit from the game, it reverts back to normal. Like this

im not a pc expert, but i will try to help:

1. try playing the game on an external monitor that isnt faulty to check if it isnt the gpu that is doing that problem
2. update the drivers (if you havent)

3.try playing in borderless/windowed/fullscreen
4. try playing a different game

Download the latest drivers for your GPU place them on your desktop get

remove everything after restarting it will probably be 640x480 not great instal your AMD/NVIDIA drivers and hopefully should fix your problem
