Sounds Like your Tracking Protection is a bit overly aggressive..

I use the DoNotTrackMe from Abine, the free version. It works fine and tells me it is blocking 8 companies from tracking what I do on Toms. I still get all the smiles and stuff. It says "Your all-time total is: 47,817 blocked" and I seem to have won a second platinum medal. I think I'd rather just have the cash than the medals. :sarcastic:

I was using that until yesterday morning.
I uninstalled it thinking it might be the problem.. And turned on windows IE tracking protection. With a few lists I downloaded from the windows site.
PFfffffTT 2 platinums is nothing ,I was on 15 and climbing.
I will reinstall and turn off the windows lists and see what happens.

Thanks for your input.

fahclient:

Package fahclient has no available version, but exists in the database.
This typically means that the package was mentioned in a dependency and never uploaded, has been obsoleted or is not available with the contents of sources.list

I have deleted all of fahclient, fahcontrol, and fahviewer. They were in the software manager. Now, when I sudo apt-get install fahclient, I get the above message in Terminal.

Either there is corruption associated with the file, or I need to get a download from Stanford's website.

What do you think?

Yep. On two separate GPUs in 2 separate computers. I had a couple failures on one machine right before my points went to hell. Now neither GPU is earning bonus points. Both CPU clients are still getting bonus points. Very strange.

Are you getting the low point 8018 units.
If so they do not have bonus points. And I have had a few of them fail as Bad work units.
My points are way down as all I receive lately is the 8018 GPU work units.
Before the 8018,s I averaged between 50-70,000 ppd depending on work unit. now the same comp is 36-38,000 ppd.

My 2 cpu clients are still receiving QRB but not the 3 GPU clients on the 8018's.

Ah, good catch. I hadn't thought about that. Core 15 WUs (anything besides 8900 at this point) don't get bonus points. I had thought that they were supposed to be winding those down, but they actually just made a new one (7627). I think a month or so into next year we should be getting some exciting new stuff.

Bad boy!!!! Now go stand in the corner until you can remember to do things right. :kaola:

It was supposed to be a short Time Out not a Camp Out.

Kids these days!

TMI

Did not need to know that.

Vacations here are pack the motorhome with food, a few extra weather related clothes and four dogs. A small bag of green, alcohol and me don't get along. Can't function properly. But I suppose that is the intent.
Then head out to a State or National park for a few weeks. Usually from late August to May while kids are in school.
Our last trip in September we were one of three campers in the park. It had 47 sites to give an example of how few people were there.
Pretty much had the place to ourselves.

Totally agree, if you can holidays while students are at school it makes the place a whole lot nicer and less busy. Getting that time off when you work in a school is another story. Thankfully baches and are usually up to 3 hours away so weekend trips during summer still work.

Yep, it's the 8018's. One system has recovered and is doing great. But my 660ti is still sucking on the 8018's. Hope she recovers soon. My points are half what they should be.
