It certainly is, 11 clients running but no idea whether CPU or GPU. As for you being caught up with, I don't see how there is any danger of that any time soon!

No, I can't say I see much to upgrade to in the AMD camp. My 7970s I run in boinc projects that use double precision (which makes them one of the best cards). I still fold on my 7790, but it is in part for testing (and because I have it). I retired my 7870 (didn't help that it had a somewhat crummy cooler/build quality, though really I needed that tower for the 7970). I did watercool my 7970, which was fun. The AMD cards are just ok efficiency wise, which is a big mark against them for me (compared to Maxwell). Fury X does ok, but that is just "ok" ok, not a "compelling" ok in my opinion.

Hopefully you are getting Core 17 projects on your 7790. One interesting thing that was found recently was that a large part of the AMD deficit vs NVIDIA was due to the most recent fahcores (18 and 21) being built with the NVIDIA OpenCL libs. Core 21 has been recompiled to correct this, Core 18 to my knowledge has not been.

Folding will find every weakness in your overclocks. And throw an error with a returned unit.
So most times people have to reduce their overclocks to be stable at folding.
Which gives them a smaller E-peen that they are unhappy with.
My warning sign is to the left!!!!! :) :) :)
